Three Days at the Forefront of Logistics: Our Highlights from TransRussia 2026
The exhibition brought together key players across the logistics industry: leading logistics operators, airlines, freight forwarders, railway operators, shipping companies, and customs brokers. A total of 553 exhibitors from 17 countries participated, including India, China, Turkey, Central Asia, and the Caucasus region. Attendees showcased a comprehensive range of services—from traditional logistics solutions to advanced warehouse and IT technologies designed to enhance operational efficiency.
Avion Aero has proudly participated in TransRussia for the fourth consecutive year. As always, we presented our core capabilities, including international and domestic air and multimodal cargo transportation, full-cycle air charter services (cargo, passenger, and VIP), global door-to-door delivery, and transportation from China to Russia via road, rail, and sea. We also highlighted our logistics hubs in China and the UAE, as well as our ground handling and aircraft fueling services. In addition, we shared our expertise in developing new routes and designing non-standard transit solutions for complex and challenging destinations.
A Consistently Strong Demand
Over the years, demand for air freight has remained resilient despite the availability of more cost-effective alternatives. For many clients, speed, reliability, and cargo safety remain decisive factors. Current inquiries include not only standard shipments such as product samples from China, but also more complex cargo: dangerous goods, electronics, battery-powered equipment, and perishables.
We are seeing particularly strong interest in routes from China, India, the UAE, Turkey, and Latin America. We are proud that such challenges are part of our daily work—our clients value us for our ability to deliver tailored logistics solutions of any complexity within tight deadlines.
The Key Value of Participation
One of the greatest advantages of the exhibition is the opportunity to connect with partners in one place. We fully leveraged this opportunity, holding over 50 meetings with partners, airlines, and logistics providers specializing in sea and rail transportation. These new connections will allow us to further expand our route network, diversify delivery solutions, and offer even more competitive terms to our clients.
Over the course of just three days, more than 200 new potential clients visited our stand, including both freight forwarders and direct cargo owners. We have already signed contracts with several of them, while others are currently in the final stages of negotiation.
Looking Ahead
We are excited to announce our plans to participate in TransRussia 2027, scheduled for March 16–18, 2027. We warmly invite you to visit our stand—meet our team, discuss your logistics needs, and explore tailored partnership opportunities.
