Highlights from TransRussia 2025 Exhibition

Once again, the international TransRussia exhibition brought together over 30,429 professionals in logistics, suppliers, and manufacturers at a single venue. Let us share some of our impressions and key takeaways from this year's event.

Exhibitors included representatives from major transportation, logistics, and forwarding companies, ports, airlines, railway operators, and customs services, with a total of 597 participating booths showcasing a vast array of services in logistics, warehousing, and IT solutions for business optimization.

For the third consecutive year, Avion Aero actively participated in the TransRussia exhibition, highlighting our company’s core competencies – air and multimodal transport, charter flight arrangements, and flight support services. We also shared insights into logistics, new delivery routes, and potential transit options for "exotic" destinations.

What did we conclude?

Demand for airfreight remains strong, despite the availability of more cost-effective delivery methods. For many clients, key considerations are speed and reliability of transport, and cargo safety. Customer inquiries encompass not only the delivery of product samples from China, but also the complex transport of dangerous goods, electronic equipment, goods with batteries and accumulators, and perishable goods. Import routes from China, India, the UAE, Turkey, and Latin America are of particular interest to clients. Cargo transportation involving these routes and specialized cargo types does not present a challenge for us; we are capable of handling transportation of any complexity within a short timeframe, which has sparked considerable interest among our clients.

An Undeniable Advantage of Exhibitions

It is the opportunity to meet with a large number of partners in one place, which we also achieved. We held over 50 meetings with partners, airlines, and representatives of logistics companies specializing in sea and rail transport, which will further lead to an increase in the number of possible routes and modes of delivery, as well as even more favorable transportation terms for our clients.

Over the 3 days of the exhibition, our booth was visited by over 300 new clients, including both freight forwarders and cargo owners. We have already concluded cooperation agreements with some of them.

Next year, we are also planning to participate in the TransRussia 2026 exhibition and invite you to visit our booth to meet us in person and discuss unique cooperation terms.
