China - Import and Export Trends
Several items of Chinese imports from Russia showed particularly strong growth, including ores and concentrates, inorganic chemical products, pipeline gas, and aluminum. Crude oil showed a small increase in monetary terms. Although all these categories are intended to a large extent for large businesses, nevertheless, small and medium businesses will not be left out.
Supplies of components related to popular items supplied to China may be relevant. One of our latest cases is the delivery of 28 tons of equipment (piping systems) for an industrial complex, which serves as a good indicator of the increased demand for Russian goods in China.
Fertilizers, which showed an increase of 10%, remain relevant areas. Wood and wood products, seafood, agricultural products (grain crops and animal feed) are in demand in China in the same volume, which provides a good chance for Russian entrepreneurs to enter the Chinese market.
And what about imports from China to Russia?
Again, according to RBC, China's exports to Russia increased by 4%, including due to supplies of equipment and mechanical devices.
